Good morning Headmistress, teachers and fellow schoolmates. I am Anson 古亦天from 4C. Today I would like to share a story book with you. It is ‘When Daddy had the Chicken Pox’.

In the story, Ellen’s Daddy gets the chicken pox. It’s worse than anyone can imagine. He can’t go to work and he can’t go to Ellen’s recital. He’s too sick to do anything but lie in bed. Ellen is worried he’ll never get better. Every night before she went to sleep she pray for her Daddy to get

better. At the end, Ellen’s Daddy gets better and everything was good again!

I learn a lot of words and know good health is important for our family. Ellen loves her Daddy. She was sad. She didn’t smile when her Daddy was sick. But when her Daddy recovered, she was happy and smiled again. This is a love of reading. You must enjoy it. Thank you!
