Jessie: Today we are going to share with you a good book which is “Alice in Wonderland”.
Bonnie: The author of the
book is Lewis Carroll. This book was written in 1865. Almost one hundred and fifty-two
years ago.
Jessie: This book is the
sixth-best-selling single volume book of all time. This is a very popular book.
Bonnie: This book is about a
girl called Alice falling into a rabbit hole and started her miracle
adventures.
Jessie: She followed White
Rabbit who led her on many adventures throughout the book. She met lots of
fanciful characters, like White Rabbit, Caterpillar and Pigeon.
Bonnie: They all have
superpower. For example, the Caterpillar can provide Alice with a way to
control her growth. The smiling cat can disappear and reappear at its wish.
Jessie: The book seems like
a simple fairy tale, but it goes much deeper than that. There is a hidden
message which is a child’s growing up on dark days and in a dangerous world.
Bonnie: If you haven’t read
this book before. We highly recommend you to read it.
Jessie, Bonnie: Thanks for your
attention. We hope you like this book. Good-bye!
