我最近看了一本書，相信大家也會喜歡。這本書就是《冒險小虎隊綠衣鬼怪之空屋炊煙》，它是一本偵探小說。這本書是精英出版社出版的。

故事主要是講述有三個小孩子一起破解了一些連警察都想不到的難題。故事中的三個小孩子被怪物攻擊、被禁止參加足球比賽、被誣陷偷竊等等，這一切事情的發生都由他們撿起過一個綠色的足球開始。

這本書的內容緊湊，尤其當我看到他們打開了魔瓶，放出禁錮多年的凶魔，不知怎麼辦這個高潮部分時，我緊張得好像毛管也豎起啊！另外，這本書文字淺白，容易明白。而且，書本裏有破案工具，利用書本內頁的「特種功能解密卡」就可以知道問題的答案，非常有趣。希望各位同學不妨閱讀一下，相信大家都會喜愛這本書。

Helios: This bedtime story book “Night-time Tales” contains three delightful stories from Enid Blyton, one of the world’s best storytellers.

Hanifa: In the first story “The toys’ new palace” Jack and Tilly built a beautiful palace with their bricks in their playroom. Every night their toys came to life. They were pleased to come out to play in this palace the children built for them.

Helios: One night, the toy mouse got a letter from King and Queen of Mice. It said King and Queen of Mice would come to visit the palace. They would spend a night with all the toys.

Hanifa: Then all the toys were trying their best to prepare a welcoming party for these honorable guests.

Helios: In the second story “Teddy and the Elves”, the children got a radio in their playroom. Every night, Teddy Bear and all the toys came to life and had a party. They all had a good time until one night when Teddy Bear found the greedy elves came through the windows to steal things from the house. Teddy Bear tried to think up a way to punish the elves.

Hanifa: In the third story “The Wishing Carpet”, a little old woman gave two children, Peter and Sally, the wishing carpet in exchange for a basket of flowers. Peter and Sally met an elf who took them to the Fairyland with the wishing carpet.

Helios: They are good nighttime story for all of us.

I am going to share a book called “Summer of the Serpent”. It is a “Magic Tree House series”. This book is written by Mary Pope Osborne.

The story is about Merlin, the magician. He first sent 2 kids, Annie and Jack to a tree house adventure. Jack and Annie entered a world of magic and fantasy. They found a secret of the Water of Memory and Imagination. They enjoyed themselves very much on the tree house.

They then traveled to the Haunted Castle. They met their friend Teddy. They saw lots of Halloween decorations and faces. They were so excited. They did not want to go back home.

Eight months later, which was the first day of summer, Jack and Annie were about to go to a lonely seacoast in a fantasy land. They want to invite you to join the adventure. Will you be scared? Use your imagination, strange things will happen……..

《騎鵝旅行記》是拉格樂芙最著名的作品。這位女作家為了創作這部作品，認真地收集了瑞典動植物的資料，研究了鳥類和猛獸的生活規律。她到全國各地去進行實地考察，尋找候鳥回飛的地點調查當地的風俗習慣，收集民間傳說。

她用新穎、靈活的手法，通過小男孩尼爾斯騎鵝旅行的經歷，真實地記述了瑞典的地理地貌、動植物、文化古蹟，以及偏遠地區少數民族的生活習俗；在敍述一個孩子的成長過程中，「帶領」讀者對瑞典進行了一次全面的考察旅行，為孩子們描繪了一幅幅美麗畫圖。

這本書是一本文藝性、知識性、科學性都很強的書，因此令我愛不釋手，同時令我有環遊世界的理想，讓我想認識更多不同的文化。不知道你們看過這本書後，會否跟我一樣有同樣的想法？

Terry: We are going to introduce a book called “Catkid”. It is written by Brian James and illustrated by Ned Woodman.

Sunny: The book talks about a girl who has a half-cat, half-kid body. She is a very cute girl. She was called “Catkid”.

Terry: Catkid trys to make new friends in school. She faces the problems that we might possibly meet.

Sunny: Catkid has good personality shows us be brave.

你們有讀過《賣火柴的女孩》嗎？一個小女孩身世可憐卻在點點火光中感到温暖。你們有看過《「國王的新衣》嗎？我想大部分人看完後也會覺得國王的可愛及可笑。你們又有看過《「醜小鴨》嗎？有趣的醜小鴨兒時因自己與別人不同而感到慚愧，及後卻成為天鵝一鳴驚人。如果你聽過《「賣火柴的女孩》就知道貧窮的小女孩悽慘下場，原來安徒生的媽媽小時候就賣過火柴，可想而知，安徒生的家境並不富裕。

我相信大家就算沒有看過這些故事，有可能也曾經聽過，沒有人會不喜歡的。我的分享並不是要介紹以上任何一個故事，而是要介紹他們的作者——安徒生。安徒生的一生絕對不是一帆風順，他做過煤礦童工、做過工廠、做過戲院帶位、又做過演員，最後成為一個出色的作家。安徒生奮發上進，成為一個家喻戶曉的作家，他的故事，值得鼓勵年青人，不要放棄！

We want to share a book with you. It is called ‘The Astrosmurf’.

We think you may know about the Smurfs. Maybe you’ve seen them in the movie before. Smurf is a kind of small blue elis. There are a hundred of them. They live in a village. They have a leader who wears a red hat and a pair of red shoes.

The story is about one of the Smurfs. He wanted to travel to the stars and see other strange worlds. He tried to make a spaceship but it couldn’t work. He was upset. Then Papa Smurf helped him. However, he found that no other place was better than home at the end.

This story is fantastic and the characters are funny. It broadens our imagination. It’s really fun to read this book.

我和大家分享的圖書是《迷失歲月》。

故事的主角吳兢今年十八歲，投身社會未滿四個月，已經有十多次的轉工歷史，自認自命不凡，而且某一日還發現自己不是父母的親生子，徬徨之間，吳兢不小心跌入海中，回到六十年代的香港。

在六十年代，吳兢舉目無親，幸好被一位好心人收留，並開始了親的生活，賺到自己的第一筆錢，但他沒有留給自己，而給了收留他的好心人，協助他創業，完成他的夢想。

透過這本書，令我明白到「世上無難事，只怕有心人」這句諺語，書中的主角吳兢曾經說過，「我一定要完成我的理想，即使不成功，都不會後悔，因為我努力過」，這一句話好值得反思。希望大家透過閱讀能有更多的啟發。

黃卓琳Bonnie、盧怡心Jessie
Jessie: Today we are going to share with you a good book which is “Alice in Wonderland”.

Bonnie: The author of the book is Lewis Carroll. This book was written in 1865. Almost one hundred and fifty-two years ago.

Jessie: This book is the sixth-best-selling single volume book of all time. This is a very popular book.

Bonnie: This book is about a girl called Alice falling into a rabbit hole and started her miracle adventures.

Jessie: She followed White Rabbit who led her on many adventures throughout the book. She met lots of fanciful characters, like White Rabbit, Caterpillar and Pigeon.

Bonnie: They all have superpower. For example, the Caterpillar can provide Alice with a way to control her growth. The smiling cat can disappear and reappear at its wish.

Jessie: The book seems like a simple fairy tale, but it goes much deeper than that. There is a hidden message which is a child’s growing up on dark days and in a dangerous world.

Bonnie: If you haven’t read this book before. We highly recommend you to read it.

2017.11.02 6A 白晞妍、徐柔靜、余皓雪分享《最不可思議的科學未解之謎》

白晞妍：你們知不知道為甚麼我們三個要一起分享好書呀？

徐柔靜：我知道，因為我們最近都喜歡看一本書---《最不可思議的科學未解之謎》。

余皓雪：這本書是新雅文化事業有限公司出版。

白晞妍：現今世界有很多未解之謎，即使現代科技亦難以解釋。

徐柔靜：《最不可思議的科學未解之謎》這本書就搜羅了當中引人入勝的題材。

余皓雪：內容包括恐龍、地球、宇宙等。

白晞妍：作者還提出表證，列舉最接近真相的答案。

徐柔靜：書中其中一篇文章是講述動物之間的相互合作。蜜蜂採到花蜜後，會用舞姿來傳達信息，通知同類。這令我明白到同學之間都要合作學習。

余皓雪：不僅是同類，連不同類的動物也有合作關係，例如海葵與雙鋸魚為伍，海葵會保護雙鋸魚，而雙鋸魚會幫海葵清潔。這令我明白到社會上各行各業都是互助互惠的。

白晞妍：犀牛雖然體積大，但皮膚常受寄生蟲攻擊。犀牛鳥吃掉犀牛身上的害蟲，既可以吃飽，又可以幫犀牛清潔。這令我明白到無論多微小的生物也有牠存在的價值。

徐柔靜：課外書有好多種，除左學語文之外，仲可以學到好多科學知識，大家可以透過科普叢書解開謎團。

2017.10.12 2C 陳諾愉分享《動物小百科》

我和大家分享一本圖書，叫做《寶貝動物小百科》，由和平圖書有限公司出版。

這本書是講述動物在小時候的模樣和習性是怎樣的，有些動物寶寶，例如：金魚等，牠們的幼兒期可以十分細小，像芝麻般細小；而有些動物寶寶，例如鯨魚寶寶，身型可以十分龐大，像貨車一樣巨大。我覺得很多動物，在牠們還是嬰孩時，真的可愛趣緻！

看完這本書，我發覺人類對自然環境的保育真的很重要！書裏面提到豹貓、熊貓、北極熊等等，牠們面臨絕種威脅是因為人類不斷破壞牠們生活的地方，令到牠們在尋找食物時遇上重重困難，更破壞牠們居住的地方，情況令人擔心！

我希望大家能夠愛護我們的地球，讓所有生物和平共處。

I would like to share a book to you. The book is called “Frozen – A New Reindeer Friend” and the publisher is Random House.

The story was about two sister, Anna and Elsa. The kingdom had accepted Elsa and her magical powers. They wanted to hold a special party. They went up the hill and collected flowers for the party. They found a poor reindeer was in danger. They recuse the reindeer and brought him to the palace.

I think the story is amazing. Elsa is beautiful and clever. Anna is kind and helpful. Their good behaviors show me a good example. What can I do? I could help my family doing housework. I could help my classmates when they are in needed. Good book, isn’t it?
