Good morning headmistress, teachers and schoolmates. I’m Winky Yu from 6A. Today, I’m going to introduce a book called ‘The higher power of Lucky’. It’s interesting so I like it very much. ‘The higher power of Lucky’ is a good book with lovable characters and funny moments.
The book is about a girl called ‘Lucky’. Lucky’s friend Lincoln is fascinated with typing knots. His mother, a librarian, wants him to be the president and his father, a much older man spends his day driving around in a buggy, looking for something he can sell on eBay. And Lucky, a 10 years old girl, whose mother was electrocuted by power line when she was eight. Lucky is afraid that her step mother will go back to France and leave her alone. The book centers around Lucky’s every life and the people of Hard Pan. Hope you enjoy this book. Thank you.
