星期五故事哥哥姐姐活動

這一學年圖書館招收四至六年級同學,於周五課外活動時段為一、二年級同學講故事，後來更以話劇形式表演，分別有《穿長靴的貓》和《四隻失業的動物》。

到五月份，我們更讓看表演的小一、二學生親身參與表演，一同投入活動中。

I am Phoebe Tam(譚穎嘉) of Class 3A. Do you like Winnie the Pooh? He is my favorite character. I like watching cartoons and reading books about Winnie the Pooh and friends. Today I would like to share a storybook with you. It. Is “Pooh’s Hero Party”. It is an interesting book. It is about Winnie the Pooh who saves his best friend, Piglet in the storm. At the same time, Piglet also finds a new house for the owl. They are heroes because they help their friends. All of his friends are happy. They have a big party for celebration.

I like this book because the story is interesting. I would like to help others when they need help. The pictures are beautiful and colourful. I hope you would like this book. Thank You.

祖兒(姐姐)：我們很高興為大家作好書推介!

健兒(妹妹)：我們平日很喜歡看書，所以希望將我們倆認為好看的書介紹給大家。

祖兒：妹妹，你最近在看甚麼圖書?

健兒：我在看《格林童話》呢!

祖兒：這本書好看嗎?似乎是很久很久以前的人寫的，不會過時嗎?

健兒：就是因為是很久很久以前的人寫下，傳到今天仍然受廣大讀者歡迎，可見它絕不過時。作者和書名相同，就是格林兄弟。

祖兒：我知道世界各地都有不同的童話書。

健兒：其實除了〈格林童話〉外，還有〈安徒生童話〉、〈中國童話〉、〈日本童話〉、〈美國童話〉等等。

祖兒：那麼，書內有甚麼精彩的童話故事呢?

健兒：書中有大家熟悉的〈灰姑娘〉、〈糖果屋〉、〈金鳥〉、〈白雪和紅玫瑰〉，還有〈天使的孩子〉。

祖兒：我也有看過其中幾個故事，我相信很多同學和我一樣都有看過。那麼這本書有甚麼地方吸引你?

健兒：書中有一個故事〈天使的孩子〉，小女孩因為說謊經歷了很多的苦難，到底她有怎樣的下場，我希望由你自己去發掘。

祖兒：我知道公共圖書館和學校圖書館都有這本書，不過你可不可以借你手上那一本給我先睹為快!

 

2007-2008摘星閱讀獎勵計劃結果

我們於5月30日收到大家的小冊子後,便立刻開始點算同學的閱讀成績：

獲銅獎(閱讀達15本)的同學達184人,很多同學亦不自滿,在閱讀的領域中不斷尋找,所以很多同學除獲得銅獎之餘更獲銀獎(閱讀30本圖書)達141人,而獲金獎(閱讀50本圖書)的同學有294人之多,恭嘉各位得獎同學!

2008.06.06 4A 馬崑偉 英文好書推介

I am Kelvin Ma(馬崑瑋)from 4A. To read English story books is interesting. Let me introduce an English book to all of you. The book which I now introduce is called ‘A Proper Bike’. It was borrowed from the public library. The book tells about a girl who had a new bike as her birthday gift. One day, she and her friends rode on bikes for a picnic. One friend had an old bike. It had a carrier. On returning home, she rode very fast to show off her new bike. It crashed into a tree. She fell down and was hurt. Luckily, her friend rode the old bike, with her sitting in the carrier. The old bike then became the best bike. They all called it a proper bike.

There are also many other story books from the publisher-Oxford University Press. They are under the Oxford Reading Tree list. So you can choose the story books according to different levels. There are more than 10 stages under the list If you are good at English, you can read books under higher stages from 7 upwards. I hope that our English can improve a lot through reading more English books. Thank you!
